Phone orders don't change anything, they just serve you lukewarm food due to the crazy long lines - Go to Johnnys Burgers instead - great food, great service and no ridiculous lines. This isn't the only time this has happened - it's just consistently slow. Put on more staff - it's not worth the wait.June 07, 2017
